Contact form

When visitors use the contact form on the site I collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection. The information I need you to leave on the form is limited to your name and e-mail address, so I can get back to you and properly address you in my reply. Before you can send your message, you need to check the GDPR agreement to allow me to save your contact information for as long as needed (see below).

Who I share your data with

I will not share nor sell your email address or name.

How long I retain your data

If you use the contact form, your message will be sent from my website mailaddress to a special mailbox, exclusively for my website contacts. This is so I can recognize and follow-up on your message. If the contact form contains a question that I need to reply to, I will save your information for as long as the conversation lasts. If I do not need to follow up on your message, I will read it and place it in the delete box. The delete box will be emptied after 30 days. Your data is not saved on the website itself.

What rights you have over your data

As I stated above, I will remove any information as soon as there’s no ongoing conversation. Nevertheless you may request at any time for your information to be deleted from the mailbox (within the 30 days already stated) and I will do so, unless the data is proof of abuse of my webpage, in which case the information may be needed for legal actions to be taken.
